I placed an order online on May 15th, 2023 to www.anarkalion.com website for two Anarakli suites for my daughter. The price of the suit were Rs.1900 and Rs.1950 respectively including delivery to TMU, Girls Hostel, Moradabad (U.P.). On following up on May 22, 2023 a man informed me on WhatsApp that he has not yet received the money and its a payment gateway issue. I sent him the account screenshot from the bank and digital payment payumoney.com that the money has been successfully transferred. He started messaging that the stock is not available and he will refund the amount. He asked us to select another piece but we declined and asked for a full refund. On May 24th, 2023 he sent a WhatsApp message that he will give the refund in 5-6 days but despite several follow-ups, he has still not refunded the amount. He is not taking calls or responding on WhatsApp and seems to be from someplace in Gujarat.
