I have a bank account in kotak mahindra bank. I have made a transaction of rupee 2500 through dcb bank atm on 23 July 2018.but my transaction becomes cancelled due to server error and amount of rupeee 2500 transact from my account but not received as cash through atm. I have complained several times to bank but kotak mahindra bank replied to call dcb bank to send camera recording to them if l call dcb bank then they replied we have send recording to kotak mahindra bank. From that day i have make several call to both bank but they didn’t refund my money. So please sir help me.
