Sir,

I had initiated a airtel dth recharge on 23 September 2019 for my digital tv id 3205130310 online. An amount of Rs 254 was deducted from my account with transaction id 190923364309 but the transaction could not succeed. However, the money was deducted. The deducted amount is yet to be credited back to my account. You are requested to credit back the deducted amount.
