I ordered with Jiomart.com online for grocery worth rs.1077.55 vide order no. 15933428889025003M on 25th Jun 2020. The prepayment was made online on the same day. The goods were not delivered and I was informed on 2nd July 2020 that money will be refunded within a week with interaction ref no.IRN – 00041aFFSCY67817. I have not received refund till now inspite of dozens of mail to CS@Jiomart.com and cshead@Jiomart.com.
Everytime they give a different complaint no. and it all nonsense. I have been cheated by neither delivering goods nor refunded my money since 10 weeks. Please help on getting my refund.
