One of our friend Mr. Prashant has booked the flight from Mumbai to Bangkok on date 04.01.2022 through Go-ibibo site. The payment for booking was done through my credit card. Go-ibibo has given the mail for impacted flight. One of customer care executive has spoken with Mr. Prashant, whether to book the flight on another day or refund the money. Though the sufficient time has been passed out, go-ibibo has not refunded my money.
