Text of Complaint by Prakhar Agarwal:

I ordered “Story@Home Premium Forever Modern Design Fine Cotton Luxurious Beautiful Silky Soft Comfort Designer Floral Pattern 1 King Size Bedsheet and 2 Pillow Covers – White and Blue” against the order # 405-5508322-6231532 on 6th Nov’20.

Product was delivered on 9th Nov’20. As
One of the bed sheet was not as per our requirement, we initiated return request on 13th Nov’20. Order Picked up by Amazon agent on 17th Nov’20.

However till date no refund has been received and there is no Refund status available online. I called AMAZON customer care to know the refund status several times during this period. Initially it was informed to me that I will receive the refund in my Amazon Pay balance by 27th Nov’20. When I again checked on 28th Nov’20 by calling Amazon customer care, it was informed that different/incorrect product has been received at your warehouse while we returned the same product which we received. AMAZON representative was unable to inform any other details like  – what product they received etc. They registered a complain with a commitment
that we will revert within 2 days. When I called to Amazon customer care on 10th Dec to check the status, they informed the same thing that they have received incorrect product and hence Amazon will not refund the money.

It is very painful to write this mail as there is absolutely no feedback from Amazon and I have to call customer care every time to know the status. As I have returned the same product which I received, we would like Amazon to immediately credit the money in my Amazon Account. We are not responsible for the actions of Amazon pick agent if they return some different product to warehouse. Worth to mention here Amazon failed to inform that -what different product they received. Neither they returned back that product to us.
We have already suffered a lot because of this un-professional behavior and attitude of Amazon.
