Text of Complaint by Binayak Sen:

Dear Sir,

I have ordered some items through zomato but delivery wasn cancelled saying that I was not responding. I did not get even a miscall but I am ok that after deducting some cancellation fee as zomato claim they shoudl have refunded my money back to my account but they refused to do so. This is the second instance of gulping customer’s money by tricking on them unlike Swiggy or Food Panda. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
