I ordered two dress from which I returned one and they said we wont refund the money but it will be kept in Kajal Wallet. Since then their website stopped working, they have stopped receiving any calls. And while I was looking for their website I saw this portal where I can complaint against them. Requesting you kindly help me out. Amount was of 1350 /-
