I had canceled a ticket booked through IRCTC through paytm gateway. The ticket was canceled as on 16th Jan’23 and irctc refunded back the amount on 17th Jan’23, as per record. I am yet to receive the payment in my bank account from Paytm though today 5 working days will end taking into count 17th Jan’23.
