Text of Complaint by Balakrishnan Anantharaman:

Booked in Hotel Mary Joey for 6 nights (24-Dec 11:30PM Check-in to 30-Dec 11AM check out) for stay of my family. Paid Rs 1,07,000. Had to vacate it on 26-Dec due to poor and unhygienic conditions. Hardly stayed 2 full-days. Booked another hotel and had to pay 1-lakh more for the stay. Hotel Mary Joey was charging the 5-star rate. Cockroaches, Unclean beds, broken wooden high chair & bar-shelf, had to wait for hot-water, no hot-water, approach to the room was dingy. My nephew is a special kid (visual challenges) and very difficult for him to walk-thru’ narrow path way and enter the so-called villa rooms. Requested the hotel to refund. But quoting cancellation policy they are not refunding. This is really unfair. They should atleast refund for the days I’ve not stayed.
