Hello Consumer Forum,
I made an International holiday booking to Bali, Indonesia via MakeMyTrip on Jan 2020 for a holiday vacation on Apr 2020. The bookings were cancelled due to the Covid 19 pandemic was at its high during Feb 2020 to Oct 2021. I was promised by MakeMy Trip that my money is safe with them and will be contacting me once the situation is normalized. But till now no one contacted me regarding my booking.
In the past I attempted making several contacts with MakeMyTrip to know the status of my booking and get the booking amount refunded but no one has given correct response. Even the entry of my booking is deleted from the booking history of my MakeMyTrip account .
The Airlines on which my flight tickets were booked by MakeMyTrip is Scoot Airlines. Even they are ready to refund the amount to original payment mode for the flights cancelled that were scheduled to depart between Jan 2020 to March 2021.
Please kindly help me in getting my amount refunded.
