I had booked flight to Rome travel was on 20th May 2020, and since it was at peak and no flights flew to Rome which was reeling under Covid, I cancelled the ticket as I couldnt reach anybody, airlines states that since I cancelled in April 2020 they cannot refund

I am a senior citizen & got scared and cancelled the ticket due to covid,as Rome was the city of arrival,I have paid Rs 213484/- for all four tickets,and request you to refund asap and hope Lufthansa will not profiteer from this unforseen situation
