Dear Sir,

My son has identified the school M/S CAMPK12, Gurgaon, for attending online coding classes. As told by the school personnel, we have to pay Rs 5000-00 for attending trail classes and if we are not able to attend the classes due to any reason, they will return the amount. Accordingly, they were asked to pay the amount through the link sent by them by using HDFC bank debit card number. Since I am not having HDFC bank debit card, I used the debit card of my friend and paid the fee in August’2022. Due to un- avoidable reasons, we have sent a mail to M/S CAMPK12 to cancel the classes and refund our money. They agreed for the same, saying that it will take 8 weeks time to process the refund.

But from september’22 onward the fee amount Rs 5000-00 started debiting automatically from my friend bank account every month. When we asked M/S CAMPK12 regarding this automatic deduction, they told that once the classes cancellation process completed, total amount will be credited to our account. We are regularly following up with them over phone and email to refund our money back. Already five months were over. But till today they have not returned our money Rs 25,000-00. And it is expected that Rs 5000/-may be debited in the coming months also. Please help me.
