Vide Amazon order no.404-6042202-7760339 dated 22.9.2021 i had ordered Turtle Wax trim restorer which was delivered to me in 75% leaked condition. After call to Amazon link was provided to send photographs of the leaked container and the same was uploaded. Although replacement came but not delivered to me saying returned product is leaking.
Againg after calling Amazon representative came to collect Leaked product along with another return of Automaze U shape Edge trim rubber purchased vide order 404-8269671-0497157 dated 26-09-2021, for which Rs.599 refund already received.
This proved that same Amazon man picked both products but Amazon record is showing non reciept of return?
For last 4 month i am following up with Amazon and every time same questions are asked, and ask to wait as back hand team is working
Since I am not getting my refund of Rs.633 nor got the replacement product, therefore I am filing the complaint to help me in getting refund or product
