Dear Madam / Sir,
I had closed HDFC Fastag on 10th October 2020, and repeated requests were made to credit my refund money. However, lies are being repeatedly peddled. There is no proper e-mail ID posted on their website for contacting HDFC Fastag. Whenever asked, they share one e-mail ID which is dysfunctional.
Can you please facilitate me in receiving the refund money with suitable compensation in accordance with COPRA 2019.
