Dear sir I have cancelled AIR ticket booked through irctc on 18/03/19 vide transaction Id 2002413291 till now my refundable amount is not credited back to my account, for this purpose I several times called and emailed attached with my a/c statement to IRctc but matter is still unresolved. now I am felling harassed by doing same task repeatedly… Kindly look into the matteter.. And do the needful.
