I had booked a Air india tickets for visiting Amarnath yatra on 5th July and 8th July. However the Yatra has got cancelled. Due to this, I had to cancel my booking on 26 June 21.
I had got a mail for cancellation too. But no refund has been received.
Details of journey are

Passenger Name 2. Birendra Singh
1. Dehradun-Delhi-Srinigar on 5th July 21
PNR No YTVTY Ticket Number: 0982135754266, 0982135754267.
2. Srinagar-Delhi-Dehradun on 8th July 21
PNR No. HW30G Ticket Number : 0982135769987, 0982135769988.
We have also spoken to Customercare 3-4 after 30 mins waiting but they are not able to clear. Please clarify and credit the due amount.
I have also mailed them.
