Respected Sir /Madam,
Please be informed that I have booked 2 air tickets on 23 December 2019 for the family members for the journey Dubai/Kochi 19 March 2020 with the PNR – HGVTUH (copy of ticket attached). I have cancelled the air tickets before the travel since the family members could not travel due to emergency situation.
Even tough Spice Jet has promised me multiple times that the refund has been initiated , I have not received the refund so far.
Hence request you to kindly instruct the airlines to refund the full cancellation amount without any further delay.
