I had purchased Big bazaar profit club card on pursuance of Big Bazaar retail store counter staff in september -21 from cibil lines allahabad big bazaar store in atalantic Mall. The Big Bazaar suddenly closed the retail shops without informing the card holders .I had tried in March also to get the refund but the store emloyees turned me away saying they are not goig to close and are only remodelling the stores with Reliance group . Now the balance of INR 10000/- is still to be refunded bt them but all their mails and phone no,s are non functional .
