I took Big Bazaar Profit Club Membership by paying Rs 10000/- in October 2021. This amount has now accumulated amount of Rs 12000/-.
I have tried with the customer care number, sent email complaint to them, all responses were futile. How can I get my money back. They had committed to refund the amount in 12 months of time, but now it seems they have devoured the amount. I want to get the amount back through your valuable support and co-operations.
