I had ordered a pair of slippers from Amazon.in on 06-Jan-2023 for an amount of Rs.1990.00. Not satisfied with the product, I returned the product. Amazon promised me a refund within 3 days. It has been more than a month now and I still have not received a refund. I have called the Amazon customer care repeatedly. Each time they promise to get the money refunded but it never happens. Now the customer care is not responding properly also. Recently, they have started avoiding my call. They put me on hold for 10 minutes and then they disconnect.
