I have purchased 1 big bazaar profit club card No 92213846644373 in year 2021 of amount Rs. 10000. More than 7500 Rs. are left in card unused. I have tried to get that amount refunded back several times via phone and e-mails but those customer care no. as well as email address are non-responding. Now I am feeling helpless about my money with future group. I have my profit club card linked with my mobile no. 9896911084. Please take an action against future group and help me getting my amount refunded back. Thanks
