This is regarding order 403-5083669-7217147, dates 23Oct2022. We have received the item (Bluetooth speakers) and then we have to return the product as we didn’t like the product. Amazon associated pickup executive came and picked it from my location and while picking the item, pickep guy has verified the items and collected the same. But, when I contacted customer care about the refund, they are complaining saying that they didn’t received the correct item, serial no not matching. We have video recording of pickup person entering our building and going out of our building with the item (speaker box). How come Amazon come to me and saying wrong item has been delivered, when pickup guy verified the item before pickup. It is not fair on Amazon front in saying that wrong item has been returned. How will I know that Amazon appointed pickup person will tamper the item (if it’s done)?
