Text of Complaint by Neelufer Banu:

I had ordered Denill women’s pink sports shoes of Rs.499 on 24th of Dec 2020. I received the defective, unsized, dirty shoes so returned & requested for refund. Since 30th Nov 2020 till today i.e 31st Dec 2020 i have been fooled by asking me to only wait. After waiting & calling & chatting with amazon for several times again i have been lied that they’ve already credited my money but bank is not issuing the reference number. That’s why my payment is not reflecting so i have to wait for it again. I waited then i was frustrated by the Amazon & contacted my bank in person as they were blaming bank for not providing them the RRN. I spoke to the Bank manager & explained the issue. He was pissed off Amazon & said to me that these days bank is receiving the same complaints from customers regarding refunds fraud from Amazon. After requesting him to speak to the Amazon cc executive by name Mr.Deepak over the call, he told him that no amount has been credited from Amazon to my account since 30th Nov 2020 till date. So no RRN Is provided by them (After checking my account statement). To this Mr.Deepak requested the manager to ask me to wait for 2 more days i.e till 30th of Nov & my issue will be resolved for which i agreed. Today its 31st dec 2020 when i checked that i haven’t received my money yet, i called 3 times to Amazon. But the 3 executives responded carelessly & disconnected my call without my notice after making me hold on for more than 18 minutes. This is wat happening with me since a month. I even said to them that am going to file a complaint against them on consumer court but seems like they don’t care. Please help me get my refund back & take a strict action against Amazon so that they get scared of consumer court & stop cheating people by sending defective products n troubling customers to refund their hardearned money during this pandemic situation. I have a last hope with this complaint.  Hopefully my problem will be understand & resolved very soon.
