Sir,
I cancelled by ticket at approx 0830 hrs because my train is more than 4 hr late. When I am cancelling ticket that time no option for tdr is showing that time only cancel option is show for cancellation. I cancelled the ticket than talk with customers care they said you have file tdr not cancelled so you not get refund. But I said I not get tdr option in three row. My pnr no is 8718020772
