Text of Complaint by Neha Jain:

We have returned a sandal, which was picked up by an Amazon partner on 20th August. Since then we have made multiple complaint to Amazon and everytime we were told that the return will be initiated and the amount will be credited in 3 business days. Today, on 3rd Oct, when we again called, we were told that the return is on hold and will not be credited to our account. No further information was provided and Shweta, who was the executive on the call was extremly rude with us.
