I ordered an Apple Airtag on 31st August 2021 as a gift to my brother on his birthday. I ordered from UK as I am here for my studies. When the delivery guy delivered the order, he left the package at door and the box was opened. The item was missing from the box when my brother got the package. I requested for a replacement but the replacement guy refused to take the empty box. Then I contacted customer support and they also refused to process the refund. My order number is 403-2678043-8763520
