I booked 3 tickets under ID no.NF20148258157882 through MakeMy Trip India Pvt. Ltd., last year(2020), but due to Covid lockdown, the flight was cancelled and Air India offered for refund of the ticket money. When I raised for refund of the money, I got refund only for 2 tickets out of 3, and the ticket for Rs.1491/-, booked against G. Mokshagna was not refunded. In spite of several reminders to the mail ID and to the given customer care options by MakeMy Trip, a message of “our agent expert has closed your issue/query regarding reimbursement request for your [ticket id:12470460468149888]” is received, but money was not credited to my bank account. And, no official is available on telephone/ mobile on the customer care of MakeMy Trip.
It is requested to get the issue settled and the amount of Rs.1491/- be refunded by MakeMy Trip.
