I booked a 3BHK flat from Godrej properties at Godrej Garden City, Ahmedabad (celeste L1104). Godrej offered the flat with an attached terrace and a 6.5 lac rupees advance was paid. The area of the terrace was not mentioned in ATS/BBA and therefore I refused to sign. Godrej agreed to provide a full refund of the amount upon cancellation within 15 days. But it is more than a month neither amount is refunded nor does the Godrej staff care to respond back over emails or pick up phone calls. Whenever I post a complaint on the Godrej Properties website, I get a sales call from Godrej.
