ORDER # 404-6383985-4330766
I had ordered Columbia mens shoes from amazon. The product was returned due to small size. After amazon agent picked it up I got a mail saying they have received a counterfeit product and they will not refund me. The seller is COCOBLU RETAIL LIMITED.
Although amazon has checks in place for picking up the returns after confirmation now they are conveniently cheating me by denying the refund. Have made a number of calls to customer care but they are in denial.
They are not ready to check whether their courier is at fault. I need my refund as the product is not cheap.
