Text of Complaint by Aditi Garg:

Ordered flite pu slippers on 28th August.Delivered on 29th August,when opened found it to be of different design which was not liked by us so returned it very next day .The delivery man came,checked the product, confirmed and went with the product.Got the message that return successful and refund will be credited in 2-4days but after no refund for 7days when enquired got email that no refund or return will be given as we have not given the same product whereas we have given the same product as the reason for returning the item was that no same product was delivered to us.Now requesting you to refund our money or replace the product with the product ordered by us asap.We are a loyal,old and prime customer of Amazon and this kind of behaviour is least expected of a company like Amazon.From the last 3-4days I am emailing Amazon and the question is not about Rs 199 only but the trust which we always have on Amazon that our money is secure while carrying out any transaction on Amazon platform . An early favourable response is solicited.
