Text of Complaint by Ishaak Mall:

This is to state that I had tried to recharge my JIO number 9140032359 on the 20th October for a sum of Rs 400, for which I had received a discount of Rs 50 and so I ended up paying Rs 350 for the recharge. But, the recharge at that point failed and the sum was debited from my account at 1:04 PM. Later due to urgency had to repeat the transaction which was successful at 4:32 PM.
I was under the impression that after the stipulated time the money shall be credited back to my account, but after 12 working days when I wrote to your customer care I received the reply to contact my bank. Which I did on on 3rd November, 2018. Later due to no response from the bank I submitted a complaint with higher authorities for which I received the response that the money has been settled with the merchant bank. Kindly help me in receiving the refund.
