Have ordered two products from Amazon on 6th May and as the size was not proper return request was created . Return was cancelled without calling or going to home for pickup.
After contacting Amazon customer care again a return was created which was again cancelled without contacting or reaching home for pickup. Again when Amazon was contacted for this they said they will create another request and there was no other solutions to this. And further cancellation will require me to call Amazon to create a return request again.
They intentionally not refunding the amount.
