Text of Complaint by Rohan Kailasam:

I had made a flight booking on yantra.com and tried to cancel it because I wanted to upgrade to business class and change my date of travel. After being given the run around about how it was a confirmed flight and no refund could be given, I was informed that my ticket was suspended by the airline itself without my say so. Now they are not issuing me a ticket for the requested date, nor are they issuing me a refund for no fault of mine. Now they have stopped responding to my emails and I am stuck abroad not knowing how to proceed.
