I got a sofa purchased from Flipkart.. on receipt I found the colour different so I raised a replacement request . Since the quality was quite bad so I raised a return request by talking to Flipkart executive … The seller contacted me and offered me extra cushions and requested to reconsider my return request as the transportation cost will be huge for them to bear.. but since the quality for not compromisable so I decided to return the product instead . The very next day replacement request was cancelled and I was told that the return request is approved and the technician will visit by 7th of June to check quality for return approval . But no one came ..i contacted Flipkart executives multiple times and they keep on assuring that my case is highlighted for speedy disposal.. now the status of the said order is showing as issue resolved and return period is over … I still contact Flipkart executives which keep on assuring me ..then they request some hold time over phone and ultimately they disconnect the call…. I feel more harassed and duped not because of the product but because of the way Flipkart kills time and force their customers to ultimately give-up on their genuine return requests.
