Dear Sir/Madam & CEO,
Due to large number of frauds and guideline given by banks and Government of India on the subject of not sharing OTP, I had not picked up the call. You need to confirm on email/phone by authentication and connect again.
You will appreciate that due to non-response from Airtel, despite my effort of connecting with Airtel customer care and through email for last three months, I will be forced to port or close the connection. The due non-responsiveness of Airtel I had to lose my telephone bill reimbursement for last five months. If such is the experience is met to serving Army Officers then I would ensure same is followed up in Ministry of Defence and respective Army offices across india to blacklist sale of Airtel SIM Cards in Army Cantts.
Infact in my last three mail I had informed that there is no Airtel Store in Uttarakhand, Pithoragarh. The airtel shopkeepers in Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand had refused to help on change of billing address. If such is lethargy in doing small and official requests, then god shall save this company. The damage for not changing billing address shall be claimed from Airtel through legal process and same will be reflected in all social media platforms. Treat this mail as legal notice.
I would request you to take immediate action by 02 Oct 2020..
