I was looking for a part time job for data entry. So I got a message from Zara, she said its online form filling, no registration charge nothing..I have to complete 1000 forms in 10days and per form was 30rs.i agreed and she sent me an agreement to sign agreeing to all the terms and conditions like no multiple logins, single Ip address etc…I said ok and I received a verification call from them to verify if I have understood all the t&c. If there is any violation of the agreement then I have to pay 7k+legal charges. After that I started to work..all went good but on the 4th day my ID got blocked.i got a popup that someone will contact me withing 48hrs…but no 1 called me..I calledup the customer care, they said we will look into it.after that I received a call from adv. Swatiben Patel, that I have breached their companies policies and now I have to compensate by paying 18k..or I have to face the court. She told me I have not done proper login logout for which the software has crashed and for the company’s loss I have to bear it. I understood that it’s a fraud so I told them she can send me the summon from the court and I can see after that. She threatened me that I have to pay a huge amt of money if I lost the case and all..she harassed me alot..let me know what action needs to be taken further.
