I order vivo v15 pro and tanishq gold vouche worth rupees rs 25000 from paiza pay on 02/06/2019 and 09/08/2019but no order reciept to me13999.00 when try to contact the merchant no response. transaction is through UPI to razorpay merchant. Now the money they take should be refund to me. This is right of the consumers and also charge them for giving harassment to the consumer mentally and financially.
