Placed an order for garment on 28.10.2022. And made payment thru online. Didn’t receive item or confirmation or invoice or information till date from them. Authorities are requested to check and do justice for all the customers like me

Yes i also ordered item when i saw advertisement in instagram its been one and half month but i didn’t receive product or any info.
PayU the channel through which i made the payment is also saying that they cannot do anything..
My question is how come they register a merchant without any documents???
How social media platforms like facebook instagram is publishing advertisments??
Who shall be held responsible???
This is scam and this fraud company is looting our hard earn money and nobody cares..
