Dear Sir,
I had booked a flight on 11.04.2023 from Yatra.com and cancelled the same on 15.04.2023 due to flight delay. Goa Air had refunded the entire amount back to Yatra.com on same day. Since then I am chasing them to refund my money. Everyday, they are sending me mail that your refund has been initiated and it will get processed within 24 hours, but till date, It is not credited. My booking Reference No is 1104230154004 and refund query no. is YA:37321594
