On 08-Mar-2022, booked BLR to CCU Flight ticket via Travolook site (travolook.in). Immediately after that received phone call (from Neha madam) that my booking has been cancelled by Travolook.
During the phone call, I was advised that amount will be refunded back within 5-7 working days. However, after 73 days I have not received back the refund.
Several communications have been made over email as mentioned below. Also I made calls to their Support Service at 91-124-6434800 twenty one (21) times so far. However, there is no luck in getting back my refund yet.
So, approaching you to get help from you in this regard. Also, I pray for advising Travolook hefty compensation to me due to mental harassment that I have been bearing since last 73 days.
If advised, I will send the details of Mail correspondence and phone calls made to TRAVOLOOK.
