We had booked Spicejet ticket from Surat to New Delhi on the website Makemytrip. The payment was made but no ticket was booked and got message “your payment will be refunded within 2-5 days”. My Booking ID – NF28105287375828. We have still not received the payment. Seems from the number of complains, Makemytrip is fooling everyone. We have no option but to take the matter to the proper authorities if our refund is not received within a week.
