I made an order for Skull Candy Earpods on 22.11.25 vide order no. 90147001 through Cred plateform and maid a payment of Rs.2028.37.
Since, I didn’t received the products even after more than a months time, I bought this product again and received the delivery of other product.
I cancel the order no.90147001 and seek refund for the same, but they didn’t refund my amount and neither bother to respond my any e-mail I have made to customer care id and grievance id also.
I request your kind goodself to kindly help me resolve this issue and get my money back.
