Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your kind notice that i had booked 2 nos of sweater from Pantaloons website on 29.12.2024 and the order was confirmed by M/s Pantaloons vide their email. Order Number 8853616. The amount of 1998 Rs/- was also deducted from my account.
However, till date i have not received the product nor i have received update on same. Pantaloons is not responding to emails.
This kind of attitude towards customer is not acceptable. Kindly take necessary action against the firm for the above irresponsible attitude.
