I had made an online purchase of Kaspersky Total Security anti virus CD @1211.86/- on 3rd Dec 2020.Order ref no: #20-21-254016.After 2 days status changed to under processing.Same status showing even after one month and several emails.The customer service phones not reachable.Even the no.022-49674828 is always showing unreachable or busy.Email reply only ‘under processing’.Finally i emailed them to cancel my order and refund my money.
No response till date.
