Text of Complaint by bharat parmar:

Sir, I had made fund transfer through paytm on 20.8.18.  immediately i had received message that my transaction is successfully made through paytm bank transfer and my UPI reference No. is 823220361367.  but the amount is not received by receiver in her account.  The amount was sent from Bank of India to Bank of India same branch account holder. (receiver)  Now today almost one month passed.  During this period I have made several complaint on paytm customer care centre and they are repeatedly advising me that my money is successfully transfer shown in their system.    On 25.9.18  I had spoken to their senior officer mr.  Pravin singh after a waiting 30 minutes  on phone call.  He assured me that I will lookafter your matter and finalise your issues within two three days time.  I had also sent bank statement of both sides (receiver’s and sender’s) several time inspite of that they are asking to provide same details again and again.  On 25.9.18 while talking to Mr. Pravin singh he gave me one of the complaint reference No. 87510304 which I will have to continue for further reference.   You are therefore kindly request you that I may kindly be give justice and do the needful in the matter.   Also please find herewith the copy of bank statement of sender’s and receiver’s during that period. i.e., 20.8.18 to 30.8.19.
