I had ordered one veg. Thali, 2 missi roti ad 5 pcs gulab jamun from Table by Basant through Zomato today. But one item is found missing. 5 pcs gulab jamun were not there. When contacted with Zonato, someone Sahil was speaking. Rather than to solve the issue he stated that these were not available with the restaurant. When order was accepted by the restaurant it means it is available. Thus this is a issue of deficiency of services. Zomato needs to be penalized.
