Text of Complaint by SUKHENDU SAR:

CUSTOMER ID : 15996492.
1. On 18.08.2021, I have applied (online) for FASTag with primary amount of Rs. 500/- only and at the same time it was further recharged with Rs. 500/- (Total amt. : Rs. 1000/-). My Customer Id is 15996492.
2. Due to non-receipt of the required STICKER on 14.09.2021 I contacted one of your local branch at Salt Lake, Kolkata but they have requested me to take up the matter with your Customer Care Group.
3. On 16.09.2021 (probably), I have talked to your Customer Care group and they have assured me that my case is being taken care of to despatch the same which I will receive within a week time.
4. Since I did not get the same after lapse of a considerable time, I again contacted with your Customer Care group on 29.09.2021 and like earlier occasion it was assured that it will be received by me by a week time only. However, after discussion, I got a Complaint No. (C000000007409286) in my mobile phone which I did not get during my first complaint.
5. Again, due to non-receipt of the same from 8th instant, I am constantly trying to take up the issue with your Customer Care group but my call is not getting through in your designated number 18002100104. Now, it is being apprehended that my mobile number may be blocked by your Customer Care group to debar me for further correspondence.

6. During the period a number of times I have contacted your Customer Care Group and almost every time they have assured that it will be received by me by next EIGHT working days. BUT MOST UNFORTUNATELY IT IS TO MENTION THAT I AM YET TO RECEIVE IT the cause behind it is better known to you.

7. In addition I have forwarded FIVE requests periodically by email to address my problem, but like customer care group (as informed by phone), it was assured as usual the 8 working days time.

In view of above, I request you to look into the matter at the earliest enabling me to get the FASTag Sticker at my registered address as well as to reduce my sufferings in using my Car due to non-availability of the sticker. .A copy of payment details is enclosed for your ready reference.
