We have 6 mobile numbers being used by our company as follows. We have taken these phones in November and till now we have not received any e-bill from Vodafone.
Every month, we have to follow them for the bills so that we can make the payment on time. We have lodged several complaints on 198 and sent emails to their customer service email. However, they have ignored such mails.
Now they have disconnected a mobile 9745118677 though the payment has been made on time.
Is there any way we can resolve their inefficiency in dispatching e-bills on time.
