I had been visited to the VODAFONE store for a duplicate SIM of my existing vodafone number 9811443438. I am using this number since 2014 and came to know by vodafone store- lajpat magar employees that my documents are not available with vodafone. I requested them to take my documents and providing me a sim. They denied for he same and ask me to visit again. I again requested them to deliver duplicate sim at my register address but they denied for this too.
Kindly help to keep me safe from this harassment.
